A panel of faculty members was convened from five schools at the University of Virginia. These faculty members represent diverse academic disciplines and interests. Called the "Steering Committee," they serve in an advisory role to the Environmental Institute Leadership Team.
The Steering Committee provides input on funding priorities and project proposals. They suggest partners for the Institute and act as a liaison to the larger academic community.
